Cold Front A Blessing for the IRL
Last week's cold front was a blessing for the Indian River Lagoon. Cooler temps helped clean up the water and bring water temps down to the low 70s.
2nd Wave of Mullet
Well, we’ve had a second wave of mullet moving through the lagoon, which has triggered an incredibly good top water bite.
Keeper Pompano Showing Up in Surf
The water temperatures are cooling and the fish are biting. This week we have been seeing more keeper pompano showing up here, with catches up and down the coast. Along with the pompano are so nice big whiting.
Good Bite Pre and Post Cool Front
The bite throughout the New Smyrna Beach and Mosquito Lagoon waters has been good this past week both before and after our cool front.
