Trout Fishing Still Rocking
The trout fishing continues to be very good on soft plastics as well as live bait. Look for redfish tailing in the grass flats and along the edges of the islands.

Capt Mike Mann has been fishing his whole life from Bass to Tarpon to Bones I love it all but chasing down Fat Red fish tailing in skinny water is my passion. Summer Tarpon off the beach or in the back country rock, so come get your fish on!

The tarpon bite has really turned on with the full moon. It’s the start of the mullet run so look for large schools of jacks crashing mullett schools in the intercoastal and tarpon crushing mullett along the beach with some kingfish mixed as well.
Had great fishing both inshore and offshore this past week. Inshore fishing the flats, the trout bite remains very good on pigfish as well as topwater baits early in the morning.
The trout bite this past week has absolutely been on fire with lots of big trout coming on pigfish. Tarpon are still chewing on 6 to 8 inch finger mullet. Look for the bite to be slow for a few days but increasing as we get past the new moon.
This week, the story has been all about tarpon with a few trout mixed in. The cold water up well has continued along the beach, keeping the tarpon in the river in great numbers.
We had a great one day Red Snapper season catching our limit in about 20 minutes. We had bonus grouper, large triggerfish, and a really nice mutton snapper.
Well, the tarpon bite has been on fire. We’ve got great weather coming up and lots of tarpon weather fishing in the river or on the beach. They’ve been eating live finger mullet up to larger mullet.
The fishing remains good despite the high heat. Tarpon are showing up in the river and on the beach which is really exciting and makes for a fun game of tug a war for our customers
The trout bite has been on fire this week using pigfish and croakers. The redfish have been eating pigfish and croakers too as well as chunk mullett.
The bite has been on fire lately with lots of trout being caught on pigfish as well as topwater lures.
