In the New Smyrna area, tarpon remain thick in the Halifax, Indian River Lagoon, and along the beach. Similarly, bull reds are running thick in the ICW, stretching from Ponce Inlet all the way to Edgewater. If there’s anything left to the Fall mullet run, this is the probably the last week to see it. Although the weather isn’t projecting great to fish off the beach, there may be some opportunities this upcoming weekend…
