The bite has been good but over earlier on both Garcia and Headwaters this past week. The patterns are switching as well. Finding areas that have shallower waters adjacent to deeper water is the area that you want to start at. Your window of opportunity is now 5:45 in the morning to about 9:30 for the fish to be most active. After your shallow areas start to slow down to a stop, back off to the deeper edges and fish with subsurface style lures. If you have heavier vegetation next to the deep waters work it with a frog style soft plastic slowly. The bass will feel comfortable being under the mat.
