We have definitely been getting some weather here on the Central East Coast of Florida but that bite has not quit. The wind and large push of water has had these fish chewing from Daytona Beach south through the backwaters of New Smyrna Beach and all throughout the Mosquito Lagoon. The bait has been a little tough to locate and catch with the higher water but when you do it’s almost a guaranteed bite.
It looks as though this low pressure will be hanging around for a few more days and more stable weather moving in toward the beginning of next week. Like I always say, the wind is your friend and these last couple weeks it has been proving true.
