Another week of relentless wind, rain and dirty water with the bait spread out and no big schools. Early in the week, we didn’t have much rain and light winds, but mid week the winds were relentless out of the North and Northeast and from the South late in the week.
There had been some tarpon in the lagoon as well as snook and some redfish. Plenty of trout as well as jacks and a few pompano. Still too rough nearshore to chase tarpon and sharks. We need a break from the rain and wind as the wind straight out from the North or South have muddied up the waters bad. Looking forward to some NE winds and calm seas to bring some clear water into the lagoon.
