Great week of inshore and nearshore fishing with warm weather and little wind. Inshore bite on the flats and shorelines was good with a lot of trout, bluefish, jacks along with some pompano and snook on artificial. The deeper flats with grass on them have been good for trout and the pompano, ladyfish and jacks are mixed in for some good action. Snook, trout and jacks have been on the shorelines where you find bait.
Nearshore bite has been good as well with some pompano, jacks and mackerel and the blacktips and spinners are along the beaches also. Topwater action is pretty cool with the blacktips and spinners but they will also eat live or dead baits. This week is gonna be windy and rough so inshore fishing will be the best bet.
