Fishing has been great this past week despite the crazy winds we’ve had good schools of black drum and redfish continuing to stay together with the best bite coming on a jig head tipped with a medium size shrimp. Offshore when we can get out, the lane snapper, mangrove snapper, red snapper and cobia bite has been pretty good.
As we start getting into the warmer months, we should start getting some manta rays migrating along the beaches carrying the tasty cobia with them.
