The East Coast of Central Florida has had some great fishing weather, for both inshore and offshore activities. The bite has been hot in the Mosquito Lagoon and ICW, the mullet run has been going strong with lots of tarpon and bull redfish being caught in the channel and in the flats.

Offshore has been a little rough the last few days but looks like we may have some lighter winds over the next few days and into next week for the start of our October red snapper season. If live bait is not your thing, the topwater bite has been very good first thing in the morning then transferring over to using jerk baits as the sun rises and in the more heavily grassy areas.
