We have had a definite shift in weather patterns this past week. We went from some rainy days and low wind conditions to a dipping front and strong northern winds. The cooler temperatures are definitely welcomed and appreciated though. The winds and higher water has moved the bait around a bit but the bite is still there. Plugs, and spoons have been working well along with pin fish and finger mullet. Focusing on the pods of bait is going to bring you the bite. The trout, redfish, jacks and snook have all been hanging around the pods of bait. The weather looks to be calming a bit toward mid week which will only increase the bite.
