Plenty of Jacks in the inlet right now!
The inshore bite has still been pretty good. Bait is thinning out in some areas, but the predator fish are still in the areas we are able to find it. Big and small snook, redfish and trout are are along the mangroves as well as plenty of jacks and some ladyfish. The deeper flats with bait are loaded with ladyfish, jacks and some mackerel and bluefish. There are even a bunch of sharks on the flats looking for a quick meal.
Beach fishing is still a bit slow from the muddy water and big swell. Looking forward to the summer patterns to get out and chase Kingfish, Tarpon Sharks and Jacks!
