Well, we’re in the last two weeks of 2023 and the fishing has been great with lots of big redfish being caught and some great schools of black drum being found. Look for the snook bite the slow down for at least a couple days with the big cold front pushing through. Look for large schools of redfish and black drum moving into the shallows to warm themselves. The redfish will typically eat a 3 inch paddle tail or shrimp, imitation or live shrimp. The black drum will eat gulp shrimp on a jig head or live shrimp.
