big jack

Found a school of big jacks and Brian got to fight this guy for quite a while on light tackle after he sight fished it from the school!

The full moon this weekend made for some tough fishing off the beach. There is plenty of Mackerel, bluefish and small jacks around the inlet and nearshore reefs and the big Jack Crevalle schools are starting to show up looking for bait pods to demolish!

The inshore bite has plenty of small snook, some black drum a few redfish and some trout and the pompano bite has been pretty decent, too.

The inlet bite has been good this winter and continues into the spring. We have focused on the beach hoping the water will clean up and the Rays, bonito and huge bait pods will show up any time now.
