What’s going on everybody, it’s Rio over here at Eastside Surf fishing. Quick report for this week — surf Fishing conditions look to remain consistent. We’ve been casting at Pompano, Whiting, and lots of sharks out in the surf. If you’re looking to catch a big shark, your best bet would be to use steel leader with at least 6 feet of 150 pound monofilament above that with a nice fresh baseball-sized bait caught out of the surf.
My clients over the weekend got to take home a nice chunky 16 inch Pompano and they all got to take turns pulling on some big sharks. We are currently booking trips for Surf Fishing for snook tarpon and sharks for this upcoming summer.
