seatrout summer lagoon

The weather has finally leveled out here in the Central Florida area with our warm days and afternoon thunderstorms. With this summer time pattern in effect it has also put our fish into their summer time patter as well. The redfish have been chewing well both in the backwaters of New Smyrna and in the shallows of Mosquito Lagoon. The trout have also been making an appearance with several coming boat side this past week. We have also had a fairly good snook bite along with a mix of black drum, as well. The weather looks to be stable moving into next week so I foresee the bite continuing on through the following week.
