snook

This past week has been trying to say the least. Hurricane Ian came to pay a visit to the state of Florida and definitely left his mark. It started on the west coast and worked its way across Central Florida dumping an astronomical amount of rain the whole time. The bite has been a little bit of a challenge in the aftermath with an influx of fresh water flushing into the intracoastal by the gallons. It seems as though if you can find the bait and heavier salt concentration you will find the fish. Live bait and artificials have both been working well.

We are transitioning into our fall time pattern over the next few weeks and it seems as the weather is starting to agree as well.
