Nice Redfish and Trout for James
Water temps have gone up a bit this week with warmer weather but the bait is still around and the bite has been decent early with the full moon. High winds haven’t helped the bite but there are plenty of areas to hide out of the wind as long as its out of the east or west. Slot and over slot trout bite has still been pretty good on both artificial and live bait. Snook have been picky but there’s plenty around and the redfish are still hanging around the bait pods too.
Too windy and rough too fish the beach but the inlet in the back has had some nice snook and reds for those that aren’t willing to venture out to the tip. The winds will be light early in the week but pick up heavy mid-late week so get out there while you can.
