Capt Bouncer and his friend were visiting and got into some snook and tarpon.
Spent most of the week fishing the beach as the water inside the inlet is still pretty dirty. Despite the fish kill in the lagoon, there has still been some good fish to be caught. However, with the heat and fresh water, we are still putting our time in off the beach to keep the pressure off the fish inshore.

Tarpon and sharks are what we’ve be targeting most with a few snook thrown in the mix. However there are some kingfish a few miles out that will be fun to catch and put in the smoker for some fish dip. Higher winds and rougher water this week will keep most inshore so look for cleaner water and some bait and should be some success.
