The inshore bite slowed a little last week with some north and NE winds but we also finally had a good week or weather to get offshore. Starting to find some greenies nearshore and found a few sharks, big jacks and tarpon. Bait isn’t plentiful as of yet but a few small schools here and there. The big jacks are finally roaming the beaches and will eat just about anything you throw their way.
The redfish bite has been pretty good in the inlet on live bait and hard baits as well and the jacks are plentiful in the inlet. Kingfish and tarpon should start showing up in numbers as the west winds keep the beaches calm and the bait continues to move inshore and nearshore.
