Headwaters and Garcia both fished better last week. Topwater lures are finally getting some action. Finding scattered and submerged hydrilla areas held most of our fish.
I also spent some time on the Lagoon with some old clients that I have kept in touch with all these years. This was pretty much a fly fishing kind of outing. It was pretty slow but we did manage to make several drifts in an area that held good concentrations of bluefish that stretched our lines. All in all the weather has cooperated but this pollen is really messing with my allergies somewhat awful.
