Sebastian Redfish

Both Parker and his dad Pat got slams with trout and juvenile snook inshore and nice redfish in the inlet.

Weather this year has been difficult, but we’ve managed to put some good days in despite the rough and dirty water. The inlet bite was pretty good this last week with plenty of redfish and a few snook providing some good action. Live bait was plentiful for us with pinfish producing the best results.

Inshore has been good with a lot of trout, juvenile snook, jacks and ladyfish on soft plastics. The pompano bite has improved in the inlet and in the lagoon as the water is cleaning up as the seas calm down. Pompano jigs being the key bait but sand fleas and shrimp will work if you’re anchored and soaking baits.
