Fished inshore as the ocean has been rough with all of the wind. Lot or Trout, ladyfish and Jacks with some Snook mixed in and a redfish here and there along the islands and mangroves. Sheephead and snapper are along the docks and rock piles at the inlet and there has been some Pompano showing up along the flats and in the inlet when you can find some clean water and a little bit of bait around.
This weeks cold front should get the Flounder in the inlet fired up as we will be getting the coldest weather of the year so far. Bigger Flounder will be caught on live mud minnows and live finger mullet but they will also eat live shrimp. Soft plastics on heavier jigheads will catch a bunch of flounder as well.
