The bite continues to be good throughout the Mosquito Lagoon and surrounding area waters. We have had plenty of bait scattered across the flats and along the shorelines. The only challenge has been the extra amount of water that is still slowly working it’s way out. With the extra water throughout the Central Florida waters it has allowed the fish new feeding opportunities so look for them to be tucked up tight against the shorelines. Mullet and shrimp have been working well along with spoons and soft plastics as well. The weather looks to be good for the rest of the week which should continue to make for a good bite.
