Another week has passed and for me the bass are still playing hard to get. Water temperatures starting the mornings off with low 60’s is dominating the slowness of getting fish to take our offerings. We managed a few fish by downsizing our lures to smaller presentations. We did find a good amount of bedding activity in one of my favorite areas on Garcia and managed to pull a bass off one of them blind casting a Yo Zuri 3D Suspending jerk bait. All the beds but that one were empty of fish to be locked on them. This next week will start off wet and very windy but by the weekend a good warming trend will make it feel like our winter is on its way out finally.
We have our next full moon on the 24th of this month so if this warming trend stays around I expect nothing but great fishing for us to happen
