1 word for today’s Mavericks Hangar Bar & Grill Catch and Cook. AMAZING! Great people and awesome fishing. Fished PSFB area and crushed it thanks to help from Barrier Guided Fishing and Matthew M. Stevens of YouTube fame with his channel Space Coast Fishing Experience, make sure to check it out. Fished the falling tide, conditions were great, almost perfect surf and no weeds or current. Fishing was hot from the start, monster Whiting, some stud Pomps including 1 at 16″, and a solid Weakfish. Only 1 cat. 6 nice Pompano, 1 Weakfish, and 37 solid Whiting with a few Spots mixed in.

Fishbites Electric Chicken EZ Flea was hot along with Green color crab scent. The rigs that crushed it were Pomp-Elite Surf Rigs & Floats Captain B’s signature series Plan Jane line, and SurfPro Tackle Creature and Tentacles rigs. No Fleas around but Ed Lewis and Mandy Lewis had some which caught several of the pomps. When we finished the fishing we headed to Mavericks to clean the catch and cook em up. Awesome catch, amazing lunch, and lots of new friends were made. This was the 2nd Catch and Cook of the Series, with next months date being announced Monday. $125 per angler includes all gear bait, fish cleaning and fish cooking. Limited to the 1st 12 to purchase.
