Good morning, Sebastian Inlet fishing fans. I hope you had a great weekend despite all the wind. This report, once again is going to be short due to the weather conditions spanning from Friday through the weekend.

Snookman has fished Sebastian Inlet for 52 years and counting. Now retired, he's always got his boots on the ground at the inlet, serving as a volunteer park safety officer for Sebastian Inlet State Park. If you want to know what's biting at the inlet, he is your man, the SNOOKman, to tell you!

Good morning, Sebastian Inlet fishing family; I hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather was absolutely impressive, but not so much the fishing at the inlet. It was decent, but nowhere near what it could be.
Good morning, Sebastian Inlet fishing fans. Here’s the latest of what’s happening at the inlet, and again, it will be brief as it hasn’t been all that good. As long as these fronts move across the state and impact water clarity and temperature, fishing will be hit-or-miss.
It’s the first week of March and we are headed into our “spring time” weather, finally. The water has been warming up quite a bit the last few days, up to 67 degrees from the low 60’s we have had over the last several weeks. The fishing hasn’t picked up very much from last week, but they are catching some pretty nice fish around the inlet. You just have to be there when they decide to play.
First things first. The north jetty is finally open. And I mean 100 percent open: The temporary and cumbersome wooden repair structures are gone. Let’s give a big shout-out to the Sebastian Inlet State Park team for their hard work in returning the jetty to normal.
This report is going to be another abbreviated one, thanks in part to the weekend’s incessant, nasty weather which made conditions at the inlet very unforgiving.
Good morning, Sebastian Inlet fishing family. Here is your abbreviated report for this week. Not much was happening at the inlet last week.
Snook season open up with a very lack luster bite, not very many have been caught to date, the water has been too cool for them to be active, 62-64 along the coast, we need it to climb back up to 70 or above to get them “comfy” to want to play.
Good morning all you Sebastian Inlet fishing fans, and sightseers, hope everyone enjoyed the nice summer weather we had over the weekend! Now we are back to the winter stuff!
This report is going to be another short one as nobody has been out due to the cold weather, very brisk winds and rough seas. All which makes for lousy fishing, especially at the inlet!
