The Ocean Obsession (OO) out of Sunrise Marina at Port Canaveral took full advantage of this past week’s weather window to get out and put their customers on the fish.
Just as predicted, the Ocean Obsession (OO) didn’t disappoint on their last run offshore. It was mangrove madness for their customers on this trip. Plenty of great tasting and hard fighting mangrove snapper came over the rail and into the pail.
The Ocean Obsession out of Sunrise Marina at Port Canaveral continues to put their customers on some quality fish. Red grouper, mangrove, mutton and lane snapper along with an assortment of other species have kept their customers happy and coming back for more.
The Ocean Obsession out of Sunrise Marina at Port Canaveral has put on a clinic this past week. They had full pulls for Red Snapper weekend but have consistently had their customers on all kinds of hard fishing, good eating fish.
The Ocean Obsession (OO) out of Sunrise Marina at Port Canaveral has continued to keep their clients on some quality fish! This time of year it is very common for us to get a summertime thermocline which is a cold water upwelling that really slows the bottom bite.

The captain and crew of the Ocean Obsession out of Sunrise Marina in Port Canaveral have continued to put their customers on some solid fish. Mangrove snapper, lane snapper and triggerfish have been the main species caught but there have been some other surprises such as cobia, dolphin and even a big redfish came in off the reefs. I think that guy may have been lost! It’s a great time to book a trip to get out and catch some fish for dinner!
