Bye Bye Grey and Hello Sunshine!
What’s up East Side Family, we just went through the most arctic conditions for Florida didn’t we? I’m happy to say good riddance and bring on the heat and sunshine.

What’s going on East Side Family! Man oh man am I happy that I got to go fishing. We started off our weekend by doing some gigging in the river, we didn’t spot any flounder but we found us some nice sheepshead that make for delicious table fare.
We got our on the beach a few days over the last week and we had our ups and downs but the fishing is definitely looking more UP than Down this coming week.
Hey there East Side Family! We had a couple of days last week to chase pompano and we were all over it despite the cold and winds. For those brave enough to fight the frost (LOL!) most were rewarded.
Good morning East Side family, not much to report this week besides continued swell and onshore winds that will be switching directions to offshore for about a day then going right back out of the north.
What’s up East Side family! We have a little bit of a rough week setting up high winds and surf this coming Wednesday 12/11 until at least Monday 12/16. Best bets to catch a fish will be finding clean water, and manageable surf.
Hey everybody, it’s been a while since my last report, but I’m here and happy to say the fish are here — but it’s up to us to find them. Over the last few days that I’ve fished there’s a couple things I noticed that I’m going to point out.
Seaweed has cleared up a lot compared to the last few weeks with our strong winds, weather looks to be hot with small swell and offshore winds for the next few days. We’ve been having success targeting fish in the early hours around sunrise and in the afternoons as it seems the fish are going deep mid day.
What’s going on everybody it’s Rio over here at Eastside Surf fishing. Quick report for this week — surf Fishing conditions look to remain consistent. We’ve been casting at Pompano, Whiting, and lots of sharks out in the surf.
Hey, what’s going on everybody? It’s Rio from Eastside Surf Fishing. Pompano fishing continues as the weather remains good for these fish. We had a little bit of a bump last week with the blow/swell but the conditions look great for Pompano fishing this week Pompano we’re going to be looking for live, sand, fleas, live shrimp or life clams. However, if you can’t get your hands on these baits, it’s not a bad idea to try frozen.
