Went to Fairview Saturday morning and met the guys there. While waiting for them to show up I fished just off the ramp and missed 2, had one break offand got 1 in the boat, 2.19lbs pictured.

Went to Alligator Lake twice last week, Wednesday and Saturday, and did okay. Wednesday was going to be a tournament but it was canceled for weather but I went anyway and got 4 before the wind got up too much.

Fished Fairview Saturday morning, started across the lake from Grills near the dock with the red roof and worked to the right. Cold front had pushed the fish out to the first drop and I got a great start to the day.

Fished a tournament on Toho Wednesday morning and didn’t do as well as I had hoped to. Started fishing where I thought that they should have been, shallow spawning around docks, seawalls and pads and reeds with only a few bites but no hook ups.

My boat is in the shop, so I’ve been going to a pond across the street and doing OK. Got 13 on Thanksgiving ranging from half pound up to 2lbs and a BIG girl weighing between 6 and 7lbs, guess no scales. All were caught on a 1/4 ounce Z Man Willowvibe with a white minnow.

Went out Saturday morning, put 10 in the boat, lost 4 on the way to the boat, including what would have been the biggest of the day and missed a handful.
