Ready to go fishing

Hi. My name is Lewis I’m a 64 year old veteran who used to do a lot of fishing. I have some disability’s physical and a lot of mental issues. I moved from Wa. State where you can have so many types of fish to choose from. I know nothing about fishing around Fresno. All I have is a pole and reel. Every thing else was stolen.can u help me please. TY.
