Primarily East Central Coast Inshore and West Central Coast Offshore fisherman.

DOA paddle tails with jigs.
Super Spook top water
Gulp shrimp
Boat: Gheenoe Lowsider
I caught a nice mangrove on Monday morning on a while gulp shrimp along the Rockledge side of the IR. It was by far my biggest and was around 13 inches. I have caught smaller ones as well.
I am thinking about targeting mangroves. Do you think a chum bag would help increase my luck catching them. Do you have any advice for catching them?
I like using crusher jigs 1/8 oz made by yellowtail fever tipped with clams, squid, shrimp and if you know where to find it…Boston Mackerel. The bmack I rig with a 2/0 hook and use pieces. Chumming will likely work great, but I’d be living if I said I’ve done it before. Check out brevard spearfishing videos on YouTube. You’ll get a great idea of what is down there.
Nice one! Was that caught inshore or off?
That was caught under the Pineda Cswy. I’ve been getting the up to 18in. It’s all about the bait.
