Caught this one back in 89 and I tagged it (you can see the yellow tag on the dorsal). Used 8 pound test line but not long after switched to 10 pound test, and now use 12. Tired of getting busted off. HAHA

Transplanted here in 1980 (had lived here for 8 months in 74 when I was with a rock band playing guitar) and got "hooked" on snook fishing. I was a volunteer tagger for a snook study program in Brevard for 10 years for 2 biologists. I fish artificial lures only and all fish are released. I want to get back into saltwater fly fishing.
