Put the kayaks in at Wabasso after picking up shrimp at Treasure Coast Marina. Started out slow then picked up some trout in 15”-18” range around the mangroves. Also caught a nice Black Drum, too.

You two have been getting out there lately! Great catching and thanks for reporting in!
Well done. If you pitch around the mangrove lines pretty behind the boat launch (other side of the bridge)particularly down the eastern opening you will hit snook and reds. Went out this am and caught several 20-38in snook. Also do really well on the docs in the vip island cut. Crusher jigs and shrimp always provide a few drum there. Have fun.
