I want to give a big shout out to Capt. Alex Hughey for an awesome day on the water last week. We started the day targeting snook and man oh man did we get on them. We caught over 20 snook with a couple Goliath grouper mixed in which made for a heck of a fight. Then we switched gears and went looking for tarpon. We didn’t land any but had one hooked up that I am confident went well over 100 pounds. Another highlight was landing a 25lb kingfish on a mono leader! Fish dip and kingfish tacos were on the menu for the 4th of July weekend.

All in all it was a fantastic day of fishing here on the Space Coast! Thanks for a great trip Capt. Alex!
