The snook bite at jetty park has been slow, but is producing slot size and bigger. But you have to put the time in and go through quite a bit of bait. I’ve been using a 5 ft 30 lb fluorocarbon leader with a 1/4 oz weight using live finger mullet. Fishing sine rise and sunset and casting into the surf just south of the South jetty. Fishing from a boat, the north jetty is a lot more active. There’s over-slot snook, with a mixed bag of slot, and over-slot red fish.

Thanks so much for the report, that’s good stuff there! I really like your photo too, that’s a healthy looking fish.
