The surf fishing has been great this week. While trying to catch pompano I landed three 27″ redfish. One on Saturday and two on Sunday. I was unable to get any pompano but the man fishing just down the beach was slaying them. I was able to get several blues, whitings, rays, sharks, and ladyfish. The fishing gods have been kind this week.
Nice, man! Apparently I missed the boat. I saw all these great reports coming in yesterday so went to the beach this afternoon and didn’t have much luck. The other anglers in the area weren’t either. I’m posting a report in a few min myself, but not any exciting catches for sure, lol.
