The late afternoon/evening bite has been best lately. I’ve been having success on the shallow flats around mangroves, especially in water holding baitfish. The vibration given off by a paddle tail is the ticket. You’ll want to rig them on lightweight jig between 1/16 and 1/8 oz to fish these shallow flats. A medium speed retrieve with pauses thrown in will get the job done!
