Launched our kayaks out of Long Point Park this morning around 10:00. Was slow for awhile then things picked up nicely. Wife wrestled in a nice slob Snook along with four smaller ones I caught a slam nothing very large though. Snook we’re up under the vegetation and chewing on live shrimp, the bite was not aggressive from them, more of a slow pickup and oh I’ve got one on. Almost lost the big one in the limbs but I was able finally work it out into the open water
Was a great day on the water for sure!
