Hello Everyone, My name Is Joseph Lomalie i am a 100% Disabled Service Connected Combat Veteran OIF & OEF that suffers from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, TBI, & Multiple Physical injuries. We Have this Nonprofit 501c3 org Helping Veterans Go Fishing to help put fishing gear into Northern/Central IL, Southern WI, Northwest IN, South West Mi and now “Florida” veterans hands. We have had 3 Successful events in IL and we are having our 1st Annual Event here at the East Seminole County VFW Post 10139 on Sunday Sept 30th. As a Veteran and an angler that has these issues fishing is a great therapy for me and I know if I can bring awareness to my fellow veterans I know it would help them greatly as it does me. The only time I feel comfortable and not so stressed is when I am fishing it even helps me keep my mind off my pain. So with the help and support from Multiple VFW’s We started this program. Our Mission is getting veterans fishing gear and out fishing. We are asking for donations of used or new Fishing Gear again.
