It’s been a fantastic week of fishing for us here at Fineline Fishing Charters. The near-coastal bite couldn’t get a whole lot better. On some days we’re catching multiple species like tarpon, sharks, king mackerel, snook, Spanish mackerel, bluefish, and others. The activity level on some mornings is really high and the fish will strike at lures like Rapala X-Plode top water plugs or X-Rap lipped diving plugs. Small spoons that imitate glass minnows are also effective especially for the blues in Spanish. Live Baits like menhaden, croakers and blue runners are good choices as well.
We’ve only got a few trips available through the end of the month and our September dates are filling up fast. Snook season opens on September 1st so book your trips early and often!
