Despite crappy weather conditions the last few days, we have managed to get out on a couple of trips. Captain Justin has been consistently catching slot size redfish in the Banana river this past week and there has been a solid trout bite in the coves around the Sebastian and Grant area.
We’ve been catching these fish on Saltwater Assassin 4 inch Sea Shad in the silver phantom chartreuse color. In the one near shore trip we’ve been on we got a good mixed bag of redfish, flounder, Spanish mackerel, jacks, sharks, ladyfish and speckled trout.
